Corporate Communication

When this title came to mine I was thinking of all the bad that I have said about blogging and the social media sites...and you wouldn't believe it...in my work meeting this week I mentioned that we should start Tweeting...yes I'm speaking of the infamous TWITTER! So my company that I work for has been in business for over 20 years but my department that I work in is fairly new. Fairly new meaning it has been established for about 8 months but it's growing. My position title is a Credentialing and Contact Specialist but it would basically fall in the Human Resource category. I deal with Physicians, the Recruiters staff them and then I get them Credentialed to begin working. So if you are wondering what the problem is, well we aren't staffing as fast as we would like to so we have been brainstorming on what to do??? So, being that Twitter is growing rapidly and people are really tuning in, and our new Physician's coming out of Medical School are young, I thought maybe it would appeal to them. So if they are on Twitter, then guess what, we can find them and they can find us...great idea right...well it's more to it but that is a snippet....
So what do you think? Think it will work?

So back to the point here, Corporate Communication, Social Media's will soon be our means of communicating in the corporate world because right now its the fastest way to be noticed and become popular...we want to be talked about like any other Locum Tenens company...
